Here at the 29th Street Community Center, we have four different space rental options. We host everything from birthday parties, baby showers, recognition events, community programs, meetings, and workshops!
We offer affordable rooms that range from large and open, comfortable and cozy, and everything in between!
To reserve a room, a $100 security deposit is required. Our space rentals operate on a first-come, first-served basis so book your room ASAP!

Kitchen (Access and/usage of equipment)- $40/hour

***Prices have increased for rentals booked after April 1st
Hours of Operation: Mondays 10am-8pm, Tuesday through Thursdays 12-8pm, Fridays 10-5pm, and Saturdays 10-6pm
*Walk-in Hours: Mondays 10am-2:00pm, Tuesday through Thursdays 12-2pm/5:30-7:30pm, Fridays 10am-2pm, Saturdays 10am-5:30pm (You can only take a tour and make payments for rentals during these hours)
*For rentals on Sundays and hours when we are not in operation, we charge an additional $20 per hour. These rentals are available on a case by case basis and staff availability.
